Where can I buy tickets for a Join Live Events event?
Can I return my tickets?
Unfortunately not. Tickets are excluded from exchange and return.
If you purchased ticket insurance at the time of purchase, a refund might be possible through that.
How can I resell my tickets?
Commercial resale of tickets is not permitted.
However, Eventim offers Fansale – a secure platform where you can resell your tickets directly to other fans. Tickets are verified, shipping is fast, and payment is reliable.

Can I also buy tickets at the box office?
If a show is not sold out, many venues offer a box office.
Please note:
For nearly sold-out or completely sold-out events, there may be – if the venue permits – a very small remaining allocation at the box office.
There is no entitlement to this.
Waiting in line is therefore at your own risk and only while supplies last.
We don’t want to give the impression that there are still many tickets available on-site for sold-out shows.
What do I do if I've lost my ticket?
Please note: No entry without a ticket!
If you lose a ticket, we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement.
If tickets were lost during postal delivery, please contact your ticket provider’s customer service directly.

If lost during shipping, a trace request is required.

For quick processing, please provide your tracking number and order number.
Are tickets refunded for canceled events?
Yes. Refunds are processed through the respective ticket provider.
Please note, however, that presale and system fees cannot be refunded, as a service has already been provided.

How do I find out if an event is sold out, canceled, or rescheduled?
You can find all information on the respective event page within the Join Live Events website.
If you purchased your tickets online, you will also automatically receive notifications by email.
Am I entitled to travel expense reimbursement?
No. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, there is no entitlement to travel expense reimbursement.
Please check the event page before traveling to confirm that the concert is taking place as planned.
Are there VIP seats?
We generally do not offer special VIP seats.
If there are special seats, VIP packages, or upgrades for an event, they will be displayed directly at the ticket provider – for example, at Eventim – and can be booked there.
