FAQ
Where can I buy tickets for a Join Live Events event?
You can get tickets for our events through our official ticket shop as well as through authorized ticket providers.
Depending on the event, tickets are available at the following, among others:
- Join Live Events Tickets
- Eventim
- Ticketmaster
- oeticket
- AXS
Can I return my tickets?
Unfortunately not. Tickets are excluded from exchange and return.
If you purchased ticket insurance at the time of purchase, a refund might be possible through that.
How can I resell my tickets?
Commercial resale of tickets is not permitted.
Eventim offers Fansale – a secure platform where you can resell your tickets directly to other fans. Tickets are verified, shipping is fast, and payment is reliable.
You can find more information here: https://www.fansale.de/
Can I also buy tickets at the box office?
If a show is not sold out, many venues offer a box office.
Please note:
For nearly sold-out or completely sold-out events, there may be – if the venue permits – a very small remaining allocation at the box office.
There is no entitlement to this.
Waiting in line is therefore at your own risk and only while supplies last.
We don’t want to give the impression that there are still many tickets available on-site for sold-out shows.
What do I do if I've lost my ticket?
Please note: No entry without a ticket!
If you lose a ticket, we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement.
If tickets were lost during postal delivery, please contact your ticket provider’s customer service directly.
Example Eventim:
If lost during shipping, a trace request is required.
Contact Eventim by email at kundenservice@eventim.de or by phone at +49 1806 – 570070.
For fast processing, please provide your tracking number and order number.
Are tickets refunded for canceled events?
Yes. The refund is processed through the respective ticket provider.
Please note, however, that advance booking and system fees cannot be refunded, as a service has already been rendered.
You can find more details in our terms and conditions as well as those of your ticket provider.
How do I find out if an event is sold out, canceled, or rescheduled?
You can find all information on the relevant event page within the Join Live Events website.
If you bought your tickets online, you will also automatically receive email notifications.
Am I entitled to travel expense reimbursement?
No. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, there is no entitlement to travel expense reimbursement.
Please check the event page before your journey to confirm that the concert is taking place as planned.
Are there VIP seats?
We generally do not offer special VIP seats.
If there are special seats, VIP packages, or upgrades for an event, these will be displayed directly by the ticket provider – for example, Eventim – and can be booked there.
